GibGib Medeiros is CEO and founder of Key Factors. Graduated in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, Brazil, Gib has a Ph.D in cognitive ergonomic interaction between human and computer from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) in Paris (France). He also has a degree in Advanced Management Program from INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France), and a specialization in Project Management from the McGill University in Montreal (Canada).

Gib has extensive experience in management and specializes in innovation and entrepreneurship. He has held Senior Executive Roles with global responsibilities for Multinationals in Latin- and North America, such as Microsoft and IBM; executed M&A and Spin-Offs for Corporations and Venture Capital Funds; launched and managed Start-Ups and Business Units (BUs) for MLEs (Medium & Large Enterprises) in Brazil, Canada and France.

His experience includes the planning and implementation of corporate venture capital projects aimed at supporting ideation and internal innovation in MLEs.

He has taught the MBA course of Entrepreneurship at HEC / University of Montreal and at McGill University of Montreal, and is currently responsible for the development of the Entrepreneurship program at the Institute of Education and Research (NSPER), a Brazilian higher education institution focusing on business, economics and engineering in São Paulo.

Gib is also adjunct researcher at the University of Western Ontario, and the Country Ambassador Hacking Health Brazil, a non profit organization born in Canada that promotes innovation in healthcare by means of technology.
